Ingeteam today presented its new strategic plan for the 2022-2024 period with which it wants to consolidate itself as a benchmark in the conversion technology of powerwhich makes the electrification of society possible.
It is a plan for growth – in terms of turnover and staff – and investment – both in technology and in facilities. Thus, the plan foresees the creation of 1000 jobs, more than 100 in R&D. Currently, 4,100 people work at Ingeteam and it is expected that by the end of 2024 the workforce will reach 5,100 people. In addition, the company has announced a target turnover of close to 1,000 million euros in 2024, which would mean completing the strategic plan with a 44% growth in terms of turnover.
The company has implemented a matrix organization, with a sector orientation customer focused, to promote the sale of its entire range of products, systems and services. This sectoral organization is complemented by eight functional areas and three technological segments – electrical machinery, converters and control, and services – that globally pursue specialization, the mainstreaming of best practices and internal efficiency.
It has arranged ambitious investment plans to strengthen its position as a technological benchmark in the sectors in which it operates. The renewable energy market will grow rapidly in the coming years and with this new strategic plan Ingeteam wants to position itself to be a key player in energy transformation.
