The Executive approved the transfer of S/ 459 million 32,655 to finance the start and continuity of 541 works that include the recovery of educational institutions, drinking water system, sewerage, basic sanitation, tracks, sidewalks, neighborhood roads and bridges, which will benefit the population of 12 regions.
Through Supreme Decree No. 029-2022-EF, the financing of the works to be executed in favor of Piura, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Ica, Metropolitan Lima, Lima Region, Áncash, Cajamarca, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Tumbes.
The funding will go primarily to 188 local governments with a investment of S/ 414,289,599. The rest will go to the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Irrigation (Midagri) and to the regional governments of Cajamarca, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Piura and Metropolitan Lima.
