The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) transferred to Mivivienda Fund 598.6 million soles during the first two months of 2022, with the aim that low-income families benefit and acquire a property through the sector’s housing programs.
According to information from the MVCS, the amount of money that said portfolio has transferred to Mivivienda will serve to more than 25,700 families have the opportunity to participate in different bonuses and programs offered by the national fund.

MVCS continues with water and sanitation projects
The MVCS, through its programs, have been evaluating a total of 128 investment projects in urban sanitation and rural sanitation, as well as road infrastructure (roads and sidewalks) and urban equipment (parks, squares and multipurpose slabs), valued at nearly of 538.9 million soles.
Between January and February 2022, the MVCS has given a favorable opinion to 22 projects, for an amount of 87.7 million soles, which will be transferred to local governments in the coming days.
Likewise, the execution of important sanitation works continues, such as the drinking water and sewage projects for Chorrillos and Jicamarca, for which in these first months of the year S/ 18.2 million and S/ 6.5 million, respectively, have been accrued.
