More than a month after the ecological disaster, the La Pampilla Refinery, managed by Repsol, promised to give an advance payment of compensation for up to S / 3,000 that will correspond to those affected by the oil spill who are in the Single Consensus Register by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the company.
The amount will depend on the activity they carry out. Likewise, the beneficiaries must have been affected by the spill, be registered in the Single Register and not have received an advance payment of compensation.
As for the term, seven calendar days will be counted since the company has signed an individual act with each of the beneficiaries, the company will put the advance through the banking system.
La Pampilla signed the commitment this morning during a meeting between the president of the Council of Ministers, Aníbal Torres, and the legal representative of the refinery, Jaime Fernández-Cuesta.
