On December 26 of last year, through Vice Ministerial Resolution 004-2021-EF/52.01, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) approved the Annual salary and pension collection schedule of the State for fiscal year 2022.
The rule also authorized the payment of pensions corresponding to decree law (DL) 19990, financed from the budget of the Office of Previsional Normalization (ONP).
The resolution detailed the payment schedule for the public sector during 2022 in the following annexes:
Appendix 1: schedule of annual monthly payments of remunerations for the fiscal year 2022, in charge of the executing units of the specifications of the National Government and regional Governments.

Payment of CAS, Secigra, Serums and others in 2022
The Annex 1 schedule includes staff payments under the Administrative Service Contract (CAS) modality, as well as others of a periodic and non-remunerated nature, such as the Stipend for Civil Service of Graduates (Secigra); Rural and Marginal Urban Health Service (Serums); tips for interns, cheerleaders, literacy teachers and students of military and police schools; among others of a similar nature.
In addition, it contemplates that the obligations related to the bonus for schooling and the bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas are met in accordance with the annexes of the aforementioned schedule in the corresponding months.
CTS schedule, bonuses and compensation this year
The attention of other obligations related to the concepts of payment of remunerations or pensions, such as Compensation for Time of Service (CTS), bonuses (Labor Regime 728), compensation or similar. It is carried out on the dates or opportunities indicated by the applicable regulations.
Finally, the vice-ministerial resolution determines that those executing units that have personnel from the Labor Regime of DL 728 can make the payment of the concepts of remunerations and bonuses for July and December in a single spreadsheet, on the date on which said concepts correspond.
