In the first group, for the first time in the measurement, a region surpassed the speed of Lima and ranked second with the best speed result at the national level. This is Moquegua, which scored 11.39 Mbps (megabit per second), higher average speed than Lima (11.35 Mbps) and only below Callao (11.53 Mbps). While the regions with the lowest performance were San MartÃn (9.21 Mbps), Huancavelica (8.94 Mbps) and Loreto (7.45 Mbps).
Osiptel’s Mobile Internet Monitoring Panel also reported that the 4G coverage time nationwide was 87.01% on average, with Movistar being the operator with the best performance in the entire territory, with a coverage time of 88.58%. %, followed by Entel (87.09%) and Claro (86.20%), while Bitel presented 86.01%.
