Entrepreneurs will be able to collect a subsidy Let’s recover Formal Employment until April of this year

Businessmen and women beneficiaries of the Let’s Recover Formal Employment subsidy, granted by the Government through the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) to promote and preserve jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic, will be able to collect the amount until next April .

During 2021, the MTPE approved and published eleven lists of companies that obtained this benefit created by Emergency Decree 127-2020. There are 45,531,000 employers in the private sector, and the majority (67.2%, that is, 30,614 employers) are microenterprises (mypes) with up to 10 workers.

Likewise, at the end of last year, the rule was approved that extends the term to be able to collect this economic incentive, free of charge, until April 2022.

Currently, 32% of beneficiary employers have received the subsidy. They are the ones that have generated the majority of jobs (73%) and represent the majority of the approved budget (69%). Despite this, there are still about 30,000 companies that are pending collection of this subsidy.
