Mypes affected by the pandemic will receive up to S / 35,000 to reactivate

The micro and small companies (mypes) of all the productive sectors that have suffered losses due to the pandemic of the COVID-19 They will be able to strengthen, reconvert or reorient their businesses with funds of up to S/ 35,000 that the Ministry of Production (Produce) will grant, through its ProInnóvate program, to accelerate their economic reactivation.

It is projected to benefit some 1,000 mypes with non-reimbursable co-financing (without return to the State) so that they can implement projects of adoption and/or technological adaptation or the reconversion and/or reorientation of their products or services, which will allow them to adapt to the new reality and better face the economic crisis derived from the health emergency.

Interested parties may apply from February 21 to July 22 for the second call for ProInnóvate’s Reactivated Mypes Contest, through the website https://pee.proinnovate.gob.pe, where they will find the contest rules and All information about the application process.

How to apply?

The projects may be presented by a mype individually or by an articulating entity (public or private) that groups between three and five businesses, which will be beneficiaries of the contest.

Applicant companies must meet the following requirements: have an active RUC before March 2019, having suffered falls in sales of more than 20% in the period April 2020 – March 2021, record sales that do not exceed 1,700 UIT and others established in the bases.

Likewise, the articulating entity must be a legal entity duly constituted in the country, with or without profit, that has at least three years of experience in the last five years in the execution of business diagnoses and/or preparation of action, execution and/or administration of productive improvement projects, technological development/services and/or productive development, among others.

The businesses that are selected will be able to cover the expenses of their project up to 75%, including the diagnosis and the action plan to improve the mype; industrial or graphic design, packing and packaging; optimization of supply chain management and logistics; Design and development of products; trial of products or services; digital commerce and/or digital marketing; process reengineering, plant redesign; incorporation of ICT tools; among others established in the bases.

It is important to indicate that the Reactivated Mypes Contest It is part of the ProInnóvate Business Emergency Program of the Ministry of Production, through which a total of S/ 64,600,000 will be transferred for the reactivation of MSMEs and supply markets.
