This is how it is determined by a study by the global human resources solutions company, the Adecco Group.

This company listed the most sought-after profiles in the market throughout this year in its XVII “The Most Wanted” Report.

Strategic profiles are detailed that have in common a high digital potential or degree of specialization as director of occupational health and safety, architects in the cloud, among others.
