Meanwhile, in the last exchange session on February 14, the exchange rate closed at S/ 3.7965, according to the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP). For its part, the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) quotes the North American currency at S/ 3,749 for purchase and S/ 3,758 for sale. In that sense, the National bank values ​​the dollar at S/ 3,700 for the purchase and S/ 3,860 for the sale.

On the other hand, during the last Mining Thursday of the Institute of Mining Engineers of Peru (IIMP), Diego Ortega, vice president of Corporate Affairs of Anglo American, a company in charge of extracting copper in the mine Quellaveco (Moquegua), announced that the company will advance the payment of the Income Tax (IR) from its first year of production, and not when it begins to obtain profits.
