The National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (Sunafil)reported that its inspectors, instructors and adjudicators of its 26 regional administrations will be able to use electronic files after 100% digitizing their entire auditing process.
Thus, from the generation of inspection orders, the issuance of infraction acts, the inspection action reports, the imputation of charges, the issuance of final investigation reports, the filing reports, as well as the resolutions in first, second and third instance, they will be digital.
Jesús Baldeón, superintendent of Sunafil, specified that now times will be reduced and procedures will be made more transparent to speed up procedures and avoid expenses in transportation to the regions and in the use of paper.
This documentation will be available from anywhere and at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
“Sunafil strengthens its inspection system hand in hand with the use of information and communication technology. The electronic file will allow the reduction in the time of the procedures, but it will also generate unique documents, thanks to the security codes, which mean that they cannot be adulterated”, said the Minister of Labor, Betssy Chávez.
