More than 260,000 taxpayers in Lima have until February 28 to comply with the payment of the first installment of vehicle, property and municipal excise taxes, corresponding to this year, reported the Tax Administration Service (SAT) of Lima.
The owners of real estate located in the Cercado, registered in the SAT, are the ones who must pay the property tax and municipal excise taxes.
Similarly, owners of cars, vans, station wagons, buses, buses, trucks and/or tractor-trailers whose fiscal domicile is in the province of Lima, must pay the vehicle equity tax.
In order to recognize the timely payment of taxes, the collecting entity will raffle ten Ripley Bank debit cards of S/ 5,000, seven gift cards of S/ 1,000 and twenty gift cards of S/ 500 for purchases in Ripley stores, a Smart TV of 75″, as well as a laptop among those who have paid through its website.
A S/ 500 gift card will also be awarded to those who update their data on the SAT page. The draw will be held on March 25 at the SAT headquarters (Jr. Camaná 370, Cercado) in the presence of a notary public.

Taxpayers can make their payments at BCP, BBVA Continental, Banbif, Scotiabank, Interbank* (only at agents and internet banking), Western Union and Caja Metropolitana banks.
