Users will be able to track their procedures through the OSCE digital platform

The Supervisory Agency for State Procurement (OSCE) announced the implementation of a new digital platform tracking of procedures in real time for all the documents that enter through the Digital Parts Tablewhich will save time for users who will be able to consult in an agile and simple way, from the comfort of their home, the status of the procedure 24 hours a day.

Within the framework of its efforts to provide a better service and fluid attention to citizens, from February 1 the tool will make it easier for citizens, located in any part of the country, to follow up on their procedures entered through the Digital Parts Table of OSCE https://www.gob.pe/osce.

The implementation is part of compliance with Law No. 31170 “Law that provides for the implementation of tables of digital parts and electronic notifications”.

Once the confirmation of the registration of your procedure has been received, the user will be able to enter in the new platform, the File number of the Documentary Management System that they wish to consult.

The website will be available 24 hours a day, which will make it easier for users to check the status of their procedures from anywhere in the country, by going to the website of the OSCE.

The OSCE expressed that it ratifies its commitment to continue contributing to the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of public contracting; implementing new procedures and innovative solutions as part of its digital transformation.
