Petroperú reported that as of January 20 there have been price increases in diesel for industrial use, industrial oils and bulk LPG as a result of the rise in international prices of crude oil and derivative products due to strong global demand and the low inventory levels.
However, he highlighted that gasoholes will not have a variation in prices due to the reduction in the international price of ethanol that cushioned the increase in prices registered in gasoline, coupled with the effect of the lower exchange rate.
Regarding LPG, he pointed out that bottled fuel and diesel for vehicular use, the current list price is maintained, since they are included in the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund.
The state oil company also specified the price variation for its Callao Plant where the gallon of bulk LPG rose S/ 0.0944 (+2.6%) and stands at S/ 3.7524 and Diesel B5 S-50 passed from S/ 14.9388 to S/ 15.3282 (+2.6%).
Finally, he specified that the prices in the other sales plants will have a similar variation to the prices of the Callao Plant.
