For the hiring of the structurer, the General Management of Celec made a call to public or private, national or foreign legal entities. The reference budget for the process is $6.71 million and an execution period of 18 months.
The execution of the contract will be carried out in stages. The first up to 180 days from the signing of the contract. The second up to 360 days counted from the beginning of the public selection process until the signing of the concession contract.
The bidder will establish the terms offered for each phase, in accordance with the work schedule presented in its offer.
After this procedure, the date from which the structurer will start the services established in the second phase will be notified in writing and the defined schedule will start. (I)
