The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) recalled that the individual economic support Yanapay Peru, which seeks to reactivate the economy of households in vulnerability, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, can be collected until April 30.
In this sense, in order to avoid contagion by the coronavirus, the Midis specifies that it is not necessary for the beneficiaries to form long queues at the traditional agencies or at the Banco de la Nación mobile agencies.
When the beneficiaries of group 4, made up of people without an identified bank account or cell phone, go to the banking agencies to make the payment of Yanapay effective, they must carry a double mask, vaccination card and keep physical distance.
In addition, they must take into account that the banking agencies do not provide information about Yanapay Peru. People can find out everything related to the subsidy by entering the yanapay.gob.pe platform or by calling the free social line 101 of the Midis, from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, including holidays.
Before going to the banking agencies, people must verify through official channels the date from which they are entitled to receive the subsidy.
It is important to indicate that, to date, 10 million 659,387 people have already received Yanapay economic support throughout the country, which represents a payment advance of 79%, in relation to the universe of beneficiaries, which are more than 13.5 million of people.
Likewise, the delivery of the Yanapay subsidy has promoted, so far, the financial inclusion of more than 2.2 million people through the payment modalities of the DNI account and mobile banking.
