Capacity in restaurants and stores is reduced to 50% before the third wave of COVID-19

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) On Wednesday, it decided to reduce the capacity for economic activities in Metropolitan Lima after classifying it as a high-risk region during the third wave of COVID-19.

In detail, in casinos and slot machines, gyms, cinemas and performing arts the capacity will be 40%, as in general stores, shopping centers, galleries, conglomerates and department stores.

While in restaurants and the like in internal areas, 50% is allowed. The green light is given to delivery from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.

A similar 50% outlook will be allowed in commodity supply stores, supermarkets, markets, warehouses and pharmacies.

In addition, libraries, museums, archaeological monuments, cultural centers and galleries will operate with a 50% capacity, as well as hairdressers and barber shops.

On the other hand, massive events such as attendance at sports stadiums or arenas will not be allowed.
