The Virtual Services Platform of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) generated, during 2021, a total of 145,548 appointments to attend to citizens on issues related to labor rights, employability, as well as health and safety in the job. The number means an increase of more than 36%, in relation to what was registered in 2020.
The MTPE explained that the services most requested by Peruvians were consultations with the worker and employer, job bank and payment of social benefits.
“Citizens also showed their interest in requesting information or advice on services such as professional and pre-professional internships, as well as orientation in Certijoven and Certiadulto, in addition to Free Judicial Sponsorship and Orientation for Entrepreneurship”, adds the ministry.
How to use the MTPE Virtual Services Platform?
You can access the MTPE virtual service from any device with an internet connection (cell phone, computer or tablet). To do this, you must follow the following steps:
- Login to: serviciosvirtuales.trabajo.gob.pe
- Select the region you belong to.
- Choose the service you require.
- Select the time you want to be attended.
It should be noted that the services of the platform are available nationwide from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. t at 5.00 pm.
