The National Telecommunications Program (Pronatel) It plans to deliver in the month of January 2022 the good proposal for the provisional operation of the National Dorsal Fiber Optic Network (RDNF).
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 1509, Pronatel has completed the market investigation and evaluates the quotes sent by three bidding companies with a nationwide presence.
Said hiring will be carried out on a provisional basis, so the final decision on the future of the RDNFO will be evaluated and adopted by the Working Group, established through Ministerial Resolution No. 1045-2021-MTC / 01.03.
The supervision of the entire infrastructure and equipment of the network was completed on December 31, 2021. Any damage or observation found must be compensated by the company Azteca Comunicaciones, a former concessionaire.
It is important to mention that the operation and maintenance of the RDNFO will allow the service to be executed without interruption, guaranteeing the maintenance of the existing infrastructure and the equipment in operation, and with it the corresponding connectivity.
