Payment schedule of the Bank of the Nation 2025: They modify pension collection dates in the public sector

Through the Vice Ministerial Resolution No. 005-2024-EF/11.01, the Government made official the schedule of payments of remuneration and pensions in the public sector for this year. However, this calendar has suffered some modifications thanks to a legal device published this Saturday, March 8 in the El Peruano newspaper.

These are the collection dates of the pensions of the Decree Law No. 20530 In charge of the executing units of the National Government and Regional Governments, which will now be advanced in the case of some State entities. However, the payment process will continue its natural course that has already begun this March 7 with those retirees whose surnames begin with letters between A and C.

Payment schedule of the Bank of the Nation: these are the changes

In accordance with Vice Ministerial Resolution No. 003-2025-EF/11.01, a modification of Annex 02 and numeral 3.1 of article 3 of the schedule for the payment of the remuneration and pensions in the Public Administration was made, as well as the pensions corresponding to Decree Law No. 19990.

Then, this legal device establishes that the four fertilizer dates for pensioners belonging to Decree Law No. 20530 They are maintained, but in some sectors of the state it will now be charged on Thursday, March 13. In detail, changes have been formalized in regard to the following entities:

• Ombudsman (charged on March 14)
• Reniec (charged on March 17)
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs (charged on March 17)
• Onpe (charged on March 18)
• National Justice Board (charged on March 18)
• National Jury of Elections (charged on March 18)
• Constitutional Court (charged on March 18)

In addition to these modifications, it is specified that “the attention of other obligations related to the concepts of payment of remuneration and/or pensions, such as compensation for time of services (CTS), bonuses (labor regime 728), compensation or similar, as well as remunerative concepts of public entities extinguished by express legal norm, it is carried out in the dates or opportunity indicated by the applicable legislation.”

Retirees from various state entities such as OmbudsmanRENIEC, ONPE, National Board of Justice, National Jury of Elections, Constitutional Court and Ministry of Foreign Affairs will charge from the first day the pension payments of the Decree Law will be made No. 20530 for each month.
