This benefit is aimed at officials and servers appointed and hired under the Legislative Decree 276as well as the workers of the educational and health sectors regulated by laws No. 29944 and 30512. The university teachers governed by the Law No. 30220the health personnel included in the Legislative Decree 1153and other State workers, including pensioners and personnel from the Armed Forces and the National Police of Peru.
To access this bondthe beneficiaries must meet certain requirements, such as having a minimum age of three months in the service and being working on the date of delivery of the payment or in use of vacations or license with enjoyment.
Public workers could receive two additional payments of up to S/300 each

In the case of the private sector, July and December bonuses are governed by Law No. 27735which establishes that employees will receive a payment equivalent to their monthly salary without discounts for contributions to EsSalud.
