This is the cheapest district of Lima to rent an apartment: its monthly price reaches S/1,310

The housing rental price in Metropolitan Lima, it costs more and more. According to Urbania’s latest report, leasing a 100 m2 department with three rooms reached a value of S/3.125 in January, that is, a figure that long exceeds the minimum vital remuneration that is set at S/1,025.

In this way, the monthly result shows an increase of 1.7% in January and 7.2% in the last year. By zones, the highest prices are in San Isidro Financiero (S/4,684), traditional ravine (s/4,277) and new ravine (s/4.024), while the cheapest ones are The North, Central and South Olives.

The district of Lima that offered a cheaper rent in January was San Martín de Porres (s/1.310), according to the Urbania report.
