Through the consortium “La Ponderosa Energy Sac & Inmobiliaria Las Leyenas SA”, obtained a score of 259,588 to operate the lot I, while for Lot VI, it achieved a rating of 490,538 through “The Ponderosa Energy Sac & Inmobiliaria Chien Mau Sa Sa ”
Petroperú’s debts for the modernization of the Talara refinery opting that it was not considered for contractual renewal. Therefore, since November 2023, the lots I and VI operated through temporary licenses. Similarly, the state oil company was out of career for the lot I saw after their joint participation with UNNA was rejected due to legal problems.
In this public act, 15 bidders participated, between companies and consortiums, which were admitted to review their economic offer. According to the regulation of Perupetro, any company or business group that has its own working capital, line of credit, commitment of a trust and a report of a risk rating can be submitted.
