Congress presents a new bill to eliminate 6 official calendar holidays in Peru

According to bill 10177/2024-CR, it is proposed to modify articles 6, 7 and 9 of Legislative Decree 713, as well as incorporate new transitory provisions. In this way, the holidays that do not coincide with Monday or Friday, except in the case of the national holidays, Christmas and the New Year.
