The informal property formalization agency (Cofopri) continues with the delivery of property titles in locations where the process of legal physical sanitation has previously executed. This measure covers human settlements, populated centers and traditional communities that have been regularized and registered in public records.

As part of the procedure, a registration is carried out that allows identifying the occupants of the land and verifying that they comply with the criteria established for access the degree.

Cofopri: How long will the property titles be delivered?

As part of this initiative, Cofopri will visit a total of 591 urban lots in different districts, including Chancay, Callao, Cieneguilla, the Agustino, Ate, Villa María del Triunfo, Punta Negra, Lurín, Pachacámac, Villa El Salvador, Santiago de Surco, Puente Piedra y Ancón.
