The mayors of Santiago de Surco and Villa El Salvador, Carlos Bruce and Guido Iñigo, have signed an agreement that will replicate the successful housing program in the new district. Who benefits from the program?

The program is aimed at low -income families that meet certain requirements. To qualify, it is necessary to be the owner of the land, to have a family income less than S/2,706, not to have received a housing help from the State previously and not have other properties.
