Own roof bonus: What requirements should applicants meet?
To access the Housing Family Bonus (BFH), applicants must meet a series of Requirements established by the own ceiling program. The main criteria are found below:
- Form a beneficiary family group (GFB): the head of the household must include in the request to their spouse, children, brothers under 25, children with disabilities or parents and grandparents.
- Not having received previous housing support: they cannot have been beneficiaries of programs such as ENACE, FONAVI, BANMA or MIVIVIENDA FUND (FMV).
- Do not be owners of another property in the country: it must be demonstrated that there is no housing, land or air independent nationwide.
- Have a monthly family income that does not exceed S/ 2,706.
- Have a minimum savings of 0.45 UIT (S/2,407.50 in 2025), which must be available at the time of application.
