The government officialized the update of the infrastructure portfolio of the National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN) with the incorporation of three new investment projects in the departments of Áncash and Freedom. The measure is applied through Supreme Decree No. 096-2024-PCM published this morning.
In accordance with current regulations, ANIN is responsible for the formulation, execution and maintenance of infrastructure investment projects with amounts equal to or over S/200 million.
The inclusion of these new projects responds to the requests presented by the regional governments of Áncash and freedom, which were evaluated and approved after complying with the requirements established in Law No. 31841 and its regulations, details the legal device.
The incorporated projects correspond to two interurban road traffic initiatives and one in the health sector. “The total amount of projects, between transport and health, accumulate approximately S/800 million,” said yesterday the president of the Council of Ministers, Gustavo Adrianzén, at a press conference.
Three new projects in Áncash and La Libertad
In Áncash“Improvement of the Interurban Road Transitability Service on the A -106 departmental road, Yungay section – Llanganuco – Yanama – Llacma” will be executed.
While in Freedom The “improvement and expansion of the basic health care service in Agallpampa” and the “improvement and expansion of the interurban road traffic service in the departmental route LI-114” will be completed.
The ANIN will begin the execution phase of the projects incorporated in the infrastructure portfolio to the extent that the corresponding financing by the regional governments is available, without demanding additional resources to the public treasure.
