Indecopi, through his Coercive execution unitwill carry out on January 31 its first auction of goods of 2025, from 8.50 am during this day, 20 properties located in Lima, Callao and Junín will be auctioned. These properties were seized to people and companies that did not comply with the payment of fines for infractions related to consumer rights or intellectual property.
Among the goods that will be put in auction, a parking lot in Magdalena del Mar are included (valued at S/ 15,650)an apartment in Surquillo, a property in Huancayo, another in Carabayllo, an apartment in Callao and Miraflores. Where will the goods auction be held?
The auction will be held in the auditorium of the headquarters of INDECOPI, located on Av. Del Aire N ° 384, San Borja, Lima. Participants must present themselves at least 20 minutes before the beginning, carrying their current ID. In case of having expired documents, they will not be able to participate, as established in the Article 37 of Law 26497.
