Mandatory payments in private schools: registration, pension and income fee

• Income quota: Single payment that schools apply to students entering for the first time. This amount is proportionally reimbursed if the student withdraws before completing the school year.
• Registration: Annual payment that formalizes the registration of the student and must not exceed the value of a monthly pension. This concept guarantees access to educational services during the school cycle.
• Monthly pensions: payment that covers the educational services provided. It should be done at the end of each month, since the regulations prohibit demanding it in advance.

Any increase in pensions must be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance and must be properly specified in the contract signed at the time of registration.

Procedures against undue charges in private schools
