- For home improvement: should not exceed S/ 2,706.
- Not having previously received housing support from the State.
- If you want to buy a home, you cannot own another home or land nationwide.
- If you wish to build or improve your home: you must be the owner of the property where the work will be carried out, registered in the Public Registry, without any liens or encumbrances, and you must not own another piece of land or home nationwide.
