A total of 13 megaprojects will be implemented by the Executive in 2025, with an investment exceeding S/22.5 billionThese initiatives cover important sectors such as sanitation, health, transport, agricultural development, irrigation, education and social development and inclusion, with the aim of improving infrastructure and closing gaps in various regions of the country.

What are the projects with the greatest investment for 2025 and to which sector do they belong?
In the sector healthnew hospitals and primary care centres will be built and equipped. Health personnel will also be trained to optimise services. One of the works most demanded by the population and announced by the Executive will be the improvement of hospital health services in the Archbishop Loayza National Hospitaldistrict of Lima. The investment for this project will be 2,000 million soles.
For its part, the sanitation sector will receive a significant part of the investment, destined for the construction and improvement of systems of drinking water and sewerage in several regions. These works seek to ensure access to basic services and improve public health. One of these works will be the expansion and improvement of drinking water and sewerage services in the city of Juliacain Puno. This investment will amount to 1.651 billion soles, which will seek to benefit 480,000 residents of these regions in the south of the country.

In terms of development and social inclusion, projects aimed at reducing poverty and inequality will be promoted. This initiative will include improving the information services of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) within the framework of National Targeting System (Sinafo) at the national level.
