Attention! If you are affiliated with the Pension Normalization Office (ONP), it is important for you to know that you now have new automated services that allow you to access your contributions report, know the status of your pension application, change your virtual password and find out the payment date of your money quickly and safely. In light of this, in this note you will be able to learn how you can access your contributions quickly and easily. Take note!

How do I know my contributions to the ONP 2024?

As a first requirement you must have your digital key activated, if you have it on hand, follow these steps:

1. Click on this LINK and select the option ‘Go to service’ or ‘Review your contributions’.
2. After that, you will be redirected to a new tab called ‘Your ONP Secure Zone’.
3. You will have two options to log in: if you are the owner or if you are a representative, select within the system which of the two you belong to.
4. In the options, you can log in using your ID, foreigner’s card, PTP or passport.
5. Below, enter the number of the document you selected and type in your virtual key.
6. Click ‘enter’ and you will be able to see your contributions and other details.

ONP queries: if you do not have a virtual key, this is how you can generate it

• Go to onpvirtual.pe and choose “your safe zone” in the upper right corner.
• Select “I want my virtual key” and then choose your document type.
• Enter your ID number, parent’s name, mobile phone number and email address (make sure it is active).
• You will then receive a security code in your email.
• Use this code to generate a virtual key of at least eight alphanumeric characters.
• Then, follow the corresponding instructions. Please note that the virtual password will be required to access your contributions electronically (it is recommended to write it down in a safe place).

ONP membership consultation: What other ways do I have to find out about my contributions?

In an interview with Andina, Cristina Vértiz, a specialist in provisional advice for the ONP, announced the expansion of the telephone service “ONP Te Escucha.” This channel will allow pensioners to make inquiries about their pension application, changing their virtual password, and other additional functions. To access the service, you can call the number (01) 634-2222 from 8 am to 5:30 pm. It is important to have your ID on hand during the call.

Also, another option so that you can make the respective queries about your fund, you can install the mobile application ‘ONP Mobile’, which can be a practical way to learn about your contributions and more.

ONP July 2024 payment schedule:

• Monday, July 8: pensioners with paternal surnames beginning with the letters between D and L.
• Tuesday, July 9: pensioners with paternal surnames beginning with the letters between M and Q.
• Wednesday, July 10: pensioners with paternal surnames beginning with the letters between R and Z.
• From July 12th to 24th: home payment.
