Economic allocation would amount to 10% of the Minimum Living Wage
The initial project establishes that the economic compensation is the granting of an additional amount to the salary received by workers representing 10% of the Minimum Vital Remuneration, which is currently S/1,025. Therefore, this economic incentive would be S/102.5. In this regard, this financial compensation would aim to improve the extreme conditions that can cause altitude illnesses of cerebral and pulmonary origin, which hinder the proper performance of their functions.
Labor Commission approves amendment to the Single Labor Certificate Law
On the other hand, the Labor Commission chaired by Congressman Pasión Dávila, approved with 7 votes in favor, 3 against and 1 abstention, the modification of article 2 of Law No. 31760, Law of the Single Labor Certificate.
