He Lima Parks Service (Serpar) is the decentralized body of the Municipality of Lima that is responsible for the planning, construction, equipment, maintenance and administration of the capital’s recreational parks. This entity usually holds a series of public auctions throughout the year to offer Peruvians the chance to obtain their dream lot at attractive prices.
On this occasion, the Municipality of Lima and Serpar announced the second call for land auctions in five districts of Lima, in which plots of land are offered that are zoned for urban use and are located near main avenues, commercial establishments, banks and other central locations, making them ideal areas for building houses, businesses or real estate projects.
Land auction announced in Lima: when will it take place?
According to information on the Serpar website, the second land auction will take place this Sunday, August 11th at the Muralla Parkwhich is located at the intersection of Jr. Amazonas and Jr. Lampa, in Cercado de Lima. For this new call, the properties that were left vacant in the first auction in May are being offered with a 5% penalty, making them more accessible to bidders.
“The first auction was a great success, especially because we had the participation of people from the provinces from Ica and Huaraz who were awarded plots of land. Now, the proposal remains the same, transmitting that confidence as an entity so that more people from the interior of the country are encouraged to have their plot in the capital,” said André Romero, manager of Contributions and Real Estate Assets at Serpar.

In this second national call for the Great Public Auction 2024, Serpar offers the population the possibility of acquiring lots from the 108 m2 to 1,400 m2which are located in the following districts:
- Carabayllo (57)
- Santa Rosa (26)
- The Mill (1)

As we mentioned above, they are located near main avenues, schools, markets, shopping centers and other areas suitable for starting businesses or real estate projects.
