Fabiola Gutiérrez, currency trader at Renta4 SAB, adds that today the result of construction permits was known, which was higher than expected, while sales of new homes were 619,000, lower than the 636,000 that were expected.
“Thus, despite population growth, monetary policy continues to affect this sector due to the cost of loans,” he added.
