Additionally, this is the second major project announced by the company in Peru this year, after the multifamily development on La Mar Street in Miraflores, which includes 141 residential units.

Parque La Molina will have five commercial floors and three levels of parking. Among the most notable stores is a Falabella department store, which will occupy approximately 2,300 m². In addition, the shopping center will house a cinema, a service plaza and a gourmet area on the lowest level.
