- Simple copy of the Certificate or Proof of Studies, Enrollment, Admission or Grade Report from the corresponding study center.
To apply for an orphan’s pension, due to disability:
- Simple copy of the Medical Certificate of Disability issued by EsSalud, public health establishments of the Ministry of Health or Health Provider Entities.
