If your DNI ends in 0 or another symbol, find out how to request your AFP withdrawal this June 14 and 17

The registration of requests to withdraw up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) of AFP funds continues. On Friday, June 14 and Monday, June 17 of the same month, those members whose National Identity Document (DNI) ends in 0 or another symbol will have the opportunity to register for free and digitally, according to the official schedule of the AFP Association.

Once this first stage is completed, a third opportunity will be opened for those who were not able to register their disbursement request during the two initial dates. Subsequently, between Tuesday, July 2 and Saturday, August 17, a free period will take place to carry out this procedure without any established order.

If your DNI ends in 0, letter or other, how to request your AFP withdrawal?

To start the withdrawal procedure for your AFP, it is essential to know the schedule of the AFP Association and the steps to follow. If your DNI ends in 0 or another symbol, you can register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17 through the portal solicitetiroafp.pe, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

First, it is important to verify if you meet the requirements established by the AFP. Generally, you must be over 18 years old and have an active account in one of the four AFPs. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you must enter the AFP Association portal and follow the instructions provided to complete the application:

1. Check the date on which you must enter the link to register your request, according to the last digit of your ID.
2. Enter the link: www.solicitaretiroafp.pefrom Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
3. Select the ‘I want to withdraw’ option, navigate to the bottom of the page and click ‘Start Request’.
4. Choose the type of document you have: DNI, immigration card, passport, temporary residence permit and others.
5. Write your DNI number and the verification digit.
6. Enter your expiration date, click ‘I’m not a robot’ and then ‘consult’.
7. Indicates the amount to withdraw up to the maximum allowed of 4 UIT.
8. Provide contact information such as place of residence, account number, email, among others. In this way, your request will be registered.
9. Click ‘Register Request’ to complete the process.

AFP Retirement 2024: this is the schedule to register your application

The schedule for the AFP 2024 withdrawal is designed to distribute applications in an orderly manner and avoid congestion in the system. However, the registration procedure has not been free of technical problems that caused the extension of the schedule during this last week.

To date, citizens whose last digit of their DNI ranges from 1 to 9 have carried out this disbursement procedure. Below, we show you the official calendar of the AFP Association that includes the days for citizens with a DNI ending in 0, the third registration dates and the period without any established order:

• If your ID ends in 0, letter or other, register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17, and July 1.
• If your ID ends in 1, register your application on June 18.
• If your ID ends in 2, register your application on June 19.
• If your ID ends in 3, register your application on June 20.
• If your ID ends in 4, register your application on June 21.
• If your ID ends in 5, register your application on June 24.
• If your ID ends in 6, register your application on June 25.
• If your ID ends in 7, register your application on June 26.
• If your ID ends in 8, register your application on June 27.
• If your ID ends in 9, register your application on June 28.
• Free period: register your application from July 2 to August 17.

AFP Withdrawal: what to do if I cannot register my application?

In recent days, the AFP Association responded to a series of messages from AFP members on social networks, in which they show their discomfort at not being able to successfully enter their request.

“I can’t register, when will it be solved?”, “It doesn’t work”, “8:12 and your app doesn’t work”, were some of the complaints that citizens expressed when trying to complete their procedure on the website https:/ /www.solicitaretiroafp.pe/bienvenido. Faced with this type of reports, the AFP Association recommends the following:

1. Try from Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
2. Before entering, clear your browsing history and cookies.
3. Register from another device such as a cell phone, laptop or different PC.
