This initiative is part of the institution’s efforts to modernize and simplify its services, thus promoting the inclusion and well-being of pensioners.

This telephone service is presented as a practical solution for those who want to know the status of their contributions without having to go to a physical office. When calling the number enabled by the ONP, members can obtain detailed information about their contributions quickly and securely. This advance not only optimizes users’ time, but also reduces the administrative burden in the ONP offices, allowing a more efficient service focused on the needs of the population.

What does telephone service consist of?

The ONP telephone service stands out for its ease of use and accessibility. It allows members to consult their contributions to the National Pension System and carry out other procedures related to their pension procedures without having to go to a physical office. To carry it out, you must contact ONP Te Escucha at (01) 634-2222. When carrying out this procedure you must have your ID and virtual password on hand. Also, keep in mind that the opening hours of this service are from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 9 pm

If you do not have your key ID, you can call from 8 am to 5:30, where an advisor will answer the call and will assist you with the process.

ONP 2024: how to get my virtual key?

The Pension Normalization Office (ONP) offers its members and pensioners a virtual key that allows them to access all its online services. To obtain it, you must be a member or pensioner, have a personal email address and a cell phone number.

  1. Go to onpvirtual.pe and select “your safe zone” in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose “I want my virtual key”.
  3. Register your personal and contact details.
  4. You will receive a security code in your email.
  5. Use this code to generate a virtual key of at least eight alphanumeric characters.

With this key, users can access all ONP virtual services, facilitating the management of their pension procedures in an efficient and secure manner.
