Likewise, low-end cell phones also had a greater share in the national market, experiencing a growth of 18%, while mid-range cell phones showed an increase of 11%. Another of the most requested products for this campaign were smart watches, with an increase of 43% (268,315 units) in the first quarter, compared to the same period in 2023. China concentrates almost all of these imports with a participation level of 98%.
“By combining the use of smartphones, they can control the times dedicated to exercises and the amount of calories burned, as well as keep records of heart rate, blood pressure and the percentage of oxygen in the blood,” Idexcam said.
