The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) has a completely free platform to find out if you are listed as poor in the system.
The Household Targeting System (Sisfoh), administered by the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (midis), is a platform that classifies citizens according to their socioeconomic information, with the aim that state aid, social programs and access to free services reach those who really need them.
To check if you belong to the General Household Register (PGH), you must have your National Identity Document (ID) on hand. Below, we explain how to carry out this process for free and online from the comfort of your home.

Sisfoh classification: these are the socioeconomic scales
The Household Targeting System (Sisfoh) classifies Peruvian families according to their socioeconomic level into three different categories. The first is ‘non-poor’, which includes households with sufficient economic capacity to cover the cost of the basic family basket without difficulties. These households have the necessary resources to adequately satisfy their basic needs.
The second category is ‘poor’, which includes those households whose income is not enough to cover the expenses of the basic basket, which limits their quality of life and access to essential services. Finally, the category of ‘extreme poverty’ covers households in a situation of critical vulnerability, with insufficient income to ensure the minimum necessary for subsistence.
