Within the context of the initiative to raise the assessment of teaching staff led by the Ministry of Educationthe Attraction Bonus arose Public Teaching Careerwith the purpose of rewarding educators who enter said career in the most outstanding group of the 2015 appointment contest, more specifically, those who entered the top third.
This economic bonus reaches S/18,000 per individual and will be awarded equitably throughout the first three years of performance in the Public Teaching Career. Therefore, the delivery schedule will be as follows: beginning of 2024, December 2025 and December 2026.
