S / 210 bonus: everything ready for payment to formal workers

The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) yesterday approved the list of formal workers who will receive the extraordinary bonus of S / 210.

This economic support would reach around 3 million formal workers, according to preliminary figures from the Executive.

With the approval of the list of beneficiaries, everything is ready for the payment to be made, which will be in charge of the Social Health Security (EsSalud), which is responsible for the proper implementation, as well as the use and destination of the means.

The MTPE He pointed out that Essalud will coordinate with the companies of the financial system the identification of the ownership of the credit accounts or similar.

The collection of the extraordinary bonus of S / 210 may be effective until March 31, 2022.

Requirements

The beneficiaries of the S / 210 bond are those who have been registered in the electronic spreadsheet of a private company in the months of July, August or September of this year. In addition, this benefit will only reach formal workers who receive a gross remuneration of up to S / 2,000 in the period they were working.

Those who belong to the labor training modalities or are pensioners are also excluded.

It is important to remember that this extraordinary bonus also benefits public sector workers with salaries of up to S / 2,000; however, the payment has already started in mid-November.

This measure of support for formal workers was taken due to international conjunctural issues and the effects caused by the COVID-19, which caused the ability of people with lower incomes to be affected.
