Through four resolutions published in the official newspaper El Peruano, the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) ordered the granting of 99 bonuses for families with collapsed or uninhabitable homes who reside in the districts of regions such as Cusco, San Martín , Loreto and Metropolitan Lima.
As is public knowledge, the Emergency Leasing Bonus (BAE) has a value of S/500 and is aimed at people whose homes were affected by various adverse weather events or human actions that left them in poor condition. In that sense, this financial aid provides them with financial relief to rent a home with basic services for a maximum period of up to two years.

Last Wednesday, May 29, the Ministry of Housing published four new calls for the Housing Leasing Bonus for Emergencies (BAE) in the newspaper El Peruano. In this way, the granting of this subsidy of S/500 was established for families in the regions of Cusco, San Martín, Loreto and Lima, whose houses have collapsed or have been declared unfit for use.
Among the main beneficiaries are the families who suffered damage to their homes on May 21, due to the explosion of a natural gas charging station in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. Two of these financial aid will be given to said town and also one in Pachacámac.
Additionally, they will be awarded 48 bonds in Cusco, 20 in San Martín and 28 in Loreto. These are the beneficiary districts:
