  • Descriptive Memory with certified signature of the owner or co-owners before a notary, detailing the area, boundaries and perimeter measurements of the exclusive domain sections and the common property regulated by the internal regulations.
  • Separation plans (by floors or levels) showing the exclusive domain units and common areas, authorized by a competent professional (civil engineer or registered architect) with a notarized signature.
  • If you already have the numbering certificate for the units to be made independent, issued by the district municipality, you may present it for registration.
