Various users reported the fall of the official platform of the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat), in which they had been presenting their Annual Income Tax Declaration 2023. As is public knowledge, since last Monday, December 13 May began the expiration schedule by filling out the virtual form 709.
In addition to this procedure, problems were reported in using various Sunat services such as the foreign trade operator portal, the consultation and registration applications, the virtual parts table, among others. Let us remember that through the “People” and Sunat Virtual application, taxpayers can complete Virtual Form No. 709 from the comfort of their homes 23 hours a day, without the need to attend the Service Center in person.
Users report failures on the Sunat website
Through the social network “X”, various users reported that the Sunat website stopped working and expressed their concern because this fact limits the completion of their respective procedure, which could lead to the imposition of a fine.
“Greetings Sunat. Please reschedule the 2023 Annual Income due dates due to sun failures. All week with this. Today was the worst day,” wrote a taxpayer. Other Internet users shared their publication along with images in which they perceived the following message “an unexpected error has occurred and we are working on the solution.”
In this regard, it must be remembered that since last May 13, taxpayers continue to present their Annual Income Declaration, which is aimed at workers who register income from fourth and fifth category income.
