Users report that their CTS appears as not available in Interbank and BBVA

Through social networks, users reported that the amount corresponding to compensation for time of service (CTS) appears as not available in BBVA and Interbank. Given this, these banking entities announced that they are “adapting their processes” so that users can access the free disposal of their funds as of May 28, despite the fact that the disbursement began today.
