The publication of the regulations of the law that authorizes the free disposal of 100% of the Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) in order to cover the needs due to the current economic crisis, authorizes, until December 31 of this year, the partial or total withdrawal of it starting tomorrow, Monday, May 27. Which would translate into the potential outflow of S/9,000 million of the funds.

In that sense, and according to article 3 of the application of the regulation, private sector workers regardless of the labor regime to which they are subject, as well as those who work in state companies and civil servants of public sector entities will be able to make effective his retirement from this Monday.

It may also be requested, preferably through digital channels, that the financial institution make the disbursement through transfers to the accounts of the worker indicated by him. belonging to a company in the financial system, in accordance with the limits and conditions established in the applicable regulations.

Once the requests for disbursement through transfers are received, the financial institution must pay the money into the accounts indicated by the worker, such as savings banks and cooperatives, within a period of no more than two business days.

On the other hand, the only complementary rule established is that the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators can dictate the necessary provisions within the framework of its jurisdiction to comply with the Supreme Decree.
