The Executive Branch appointed Rodolfo Rafael Santa María Razzeto, in the position of Vice Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).
Santa María will replace Elizabeth Añaños Vega, who was accepted to resign from her position on September 23, after having assumed that position since November 25, 2020.
The now Vice Minister of Housing and Urbanism is an architect by profession, graduated from the Antenor Orrego Private University. He has a Master’s degree in Urban Environmental Management and an MBA in Business Administration.
Previously, he served as a real estate project manager at the Mivivienda Fund. He was also assistant manager of the projects office of the Municipality of Trujillo.
Santa María Razzeto has been a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (HIM-HER-IT).
